As much as we love creating colorful arrangements full of foraged stems from the wild, many brides want something more simple and monochromatic. This style evokes a classic and timeless feel, and it challenges us to create visual interest through unexpected textures and subtle tones. We collaborated with Alicia Lucia Photography for this styled shoot at Casa Rodeña, in which we used a pale palette with hints of pastel color. For textural depth, we incorporated white scabiosa flowers and minty green dusty miller, which also helped create a blend between the brighter greens and the pale statement blooms. The result was a lovely bouquet that doesn't distract from the beauty of the bride, but definitely makes you take a second look at the florals.
